The only negative aspect to this hotel, for me, was the cost. I only interacted with 2 different members of the staff (one at arrival, one at departure), but both were pleasant. My room was on the Concierge Level, but the room wasn't open during the hours I was there (3am-6am), so I'm not sure what was available. I didn't use the WiFi, so can't speak to its quality or cost. I didn't much care for the complimentary toiletries, though, as the scent was much too strong. The bathroom was modern with soft towels and a good hairdryer, so no problems there. The bed, pillows, and linens were comfortable. Regardless, the room was a nice size and had all the standard amenities you'd need. I had a room with two double beds, which was fine considering I was only in the room for 3 hours, but double beds are just SO small - I would've preferred a king. The hotel itself is standard Marriott quality with typical decor. I'd checked-in via the mobile App, so they had my key waiting for me when I walked in the lobby - super easy. You can't get any more convenient than this Marriott, as you just walk over the skybridge from the terminal and into the hotel. I had a short overnight connection at PHL and didn't want to deal with an off-airport hotel.
